About Gabriela Tercero
Hola!
Born in Honduras, I moved to the United States in 2003 to pursue a career in Interior Design in
Minneapolis, Minnesota. Shortly after graduating, my family decided to move to Iowa and I
decided to follow them. Well, I never left!
I speak fluent Spanish and English with the ability to translate.
It’s been a passion of mine to look at properties and see their potential. Having an interior
design background helps to see the big picture of the property’s potential.
Few years passed and Covid-19 came to rearrange my career with an interest in Real estate
investing. Which brought me to get my real estate license and I am LOVING IT!
I recently added property management to my portfolio, and also I am part of the Chamber of
Commerce in Creston and the Diversity Committee of the Iowa Association of Realtors (IAR).
I enjoy helping clients find a property and build new roots to start their new chapter.
